Our photography studio located about 30 minutes north of Topeka in Jackson County is the perfect setting for your small business headshots and branding. This simple space is a creative powerhouse with creative options ranging from the most basic white walls to hand painted backdrops.

As creatives and photographers we can go overboard with backdrops and lighting (a bit guilt here!), but don’t be fooled— some of the most impressive and memorable images are simple. A simple solid backdrop with gorgeous light creates jaw dropping headshots. These headshots can be both professional and artistic. You don’t have to choose.

I have collected simple backdrops in natural tones to compliment skin tones, clothes, natural color palettes. Most personal branding websites and even headshot images present better with simple natural backgrounds. I have clients who exact themselves from the images to use in all sorts of promotional marketing and advertising. Simple sells and looks great. A simple studio portrait session lets you stand out. After that — that is the most important part of the session - you!

I adore studio lighting to create a consistent look through your session. Not only do you get high quality images, but you can get consistent quality session after session - especially if your company wants to have headshots taken over multiple days.

We can arrange for make up at our studio if that is something you would like to experience (and it is amazing!) We have partnered with a Topeka make up artist and she is able to come to the studio on Monday’s. Make up takes about an hour. But wow… what a game changer. It is not only a confidence boost, but the best kind of pampering.

In addition to portrait sessions for company headshots and individual branding images we also do product shots for e-commerce, social media, and print marketing. So many local Topeka brands and online brands need product content professional taken. Your website and social media sites will instantly feel elevated.

The beauty of digital photography is that once we have a great image of you we can stretch the background perfect for website heads, Facebook pages, or even print design elements. I use post production tools all the time to curate a certain look or how the image will be shared in your marking.
